Crack Vs Antivirus

Recommended Posts

I have been wondering that why does antivirus detects only cracked games as malware.

Most of the time the files that are infected is .dll files.

I read one article, one person said that gaming companies pay antivirus companies so that their software can detect cracked games as malware.

What are your thoughts about this??

I'm curious

Most of the malware comes from scripts and *.exes, not *.dlls

As for the detection of malware in cracks, that only happens with poor Anti-Virus Software which have the tendency to have false positives like Avast, AVG and Windows Defender.

If you use a suite like Kaspersky it will never bother you about Games Cracks.

PS: This is in the wrong section.

I do 😂, but ya'know McAfee 😒

after like a month it removes the file automatically even on exception 😂..... and when I realize that my a file is missing, it's too late cause it get rid of it completely without leaving any traces.

oh no wonder you are having issues.....I wouldn't recommend McAfee's to anyone.....its a nightmare to get rid of, it leaves orphan files everywhere
