Can you show screenshot of Task Manager with expanded view of Setup.tmp?

      your specs ?
Also keep enough space in drive where your %temp% folder is located (most probably system drive C:/ unless you changed )

keep an eye on your AV , do exclusion/whitelist in your AV.

I get similar problems with the same package; Always a CRC error that reads:

      Quote

"An error occurred while unpacking: Does not match checksum!

Unarc.dll returned an error code: -12"

After the error, it stalls just as described and cannot be closed or continued without using task manager.

I've redownloaded it a few times, and had UTorrent force re-check it several times, and sometimes it comes up at different points in the install, but I've not had it ever successfully install.  I've got over 300GB of space where it's being installed, as well.

I'm convinced it is just a bad package.
